Allen Johnson and Deshawn made this move so easy. Very professional. Took great care in packing, wrapping, assembling and just plain “care” for everything involved. I recommend them highly!!

I had this company move me a couple of weeks ago. The guys that came were terrible. They had to be prompted to keep moving and literally talked on the phone while carrying out one item at a time much of the day. They could not figure out how to take down a door to move the refridgerator out and it took them almost 2 hours to move the fridge alone. They broke a tv and a mirror. They also let me know that they left part of my bedframe at the old house. Said it was in the driveway and I couldn't miss it. I had to buy a new bedframe. When I tried to contact the company and left a message, I got no response back. These guys took at least 3 hours longer than needed to move me and had a really bad attitude after about 2 hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how they've gotten anything other than bad reviews.

I would give these guys a 10 if I could. They were awesome! They took special care of our items. They Were on time and such gentlemen. They were respectful and so polite.

They were a little late due to circumstances beyond their control.
When they got there though, they made up for it 100%. They got to work, they didn't play, got my entire house and all the appliances quickly AND carefully.

Where can I begin? I hired another company to load up my U-Haul in St. Louis. That company lacked any experience with loading a truck properly and unfortunately there were huge language barrier problems. Turn-Key came up to St. Louis to drive the U-Haul back to Nixa for me. Upon their arrival, they saw that the truck wasn't packed correctly and had it continued that way, it would not have been possible to finish loading up the rest of the house. Allen Johnson immediately jumped in, even though he didn't have to, and began supervising ANOTHER COMPANY'S workers and REPACKED THE ENTIRE TRUCK while making sure the movers that I hired to do the loading were doing things correctly.

After seeing the other company finished the job correctly, Allen and his wife, Beth Repuyan Johnson, drove the U-Haul back...after doing a lot more work than was originally planned.

Once we arrived at our destination, Turn-Key Moving and Delivery LLC's crew unloaded the truck in true fashion and form. It was a night and day difference between their crew and the one I hired in St. Louis.

Turn-Key went above and beyond to ensure that my move went without issues, even when another company wasn't up to par. This truly shows that they care about their clients and the overall move experience for the client.

I highly recommend Turn-Key for any and all of your moving/delivery needs. Had it not been for them, my move wouldn't have been possible.
