I am writing this review to share my exceptional experience with TWB Moving and Hauling. First, dealing with Tristan, owner of TWB, before the move, was easy and professional - Tristan explained the move process by phone, and requested he come to our home (at no charge) to review the furniture and move before he made arrangements for our furniture and home articles move. After Tristan's visit to our home, he gave us a very fair price, and we set a move date one week in advance. On move day Tristan and his moving Team showed up on-time and ready to go. During our move no request was too big or small for Tristan. Each time we requested something change or be packed differently, or be moved at the end so we could finish packing - Tristan was accommodating and pleasant - he never made us feel like we were being difficult or the job was a problem. The movers were careful and did a great job packing antique furniture and precious paintings carefully in blankets, so they were protected. The move went smoothly and seamlessly, with nothing broken or lost. Best of all, we had a lot of furniture that would no longer fit into our downsized new home - Tristan took all of the excess furniture and garbage at the end of move, loaded it into his truck, and carted it off for us. And then, we still had furniture and garbage left at the house we were moving from - Tristan came to the home the next day, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, picked up the remaining furniture and garbage and carted it away for us - amazing service. I have made many moves in my long-life - I would call TWB Moving for any move in the Northern CA Area, and I highly recommend you call Tristan and TWB to help you with any move you make in the Area. My family has moved many times here in Petaluma from rentals to now owning a house, and we have always moved ourselves. NOT ANY MORE! We were fortunate enough to come across TWB Moving and Hauling, a local Petaluma company. Tristan and his crew made our moving day run smoothly with no stress. Furniture was wrapped and made secure for transport. Plastic runners were placed along the pathways in both of the houses to prevent dirt from being tracked in. The men worked together to move furniture carefully into the exact places we directed them. The TWB Moving team gave us a manageable moving rate and we were very satisfied with the professionalism in performing their job. Also, they hauled a washer and dryer to a different location for us.
