Twin City Moving and Storage LLC Company is a big scamming company.

They are horrible, totally disrespectful and Prejudice against women!!!!

I wish I could give this company a negative zero on a review.

I reserve the services from this company for my sister on August 23, 2023 to move from Jersey to SC (I gave my card information for the required payment deposit and the balance will be taken off my card that’s on file once the move was completed which will take place between August 26 or 27, 2023.

We was told we will get a call on Friday 8/25 for the Actual move date and time; Which was for Aug 26 between 2:30pm and 5pm. Mr. Ramadan and his team didn’t show up til after 9:30pm with attitude and two of the men was wearing flip flops?.

Mr. Ramadan keep adding fees and what he’s not taking and DEMANDING for me to give him Cash/Cashapp or Zelle then this man Ask me to give him a copy of my credit card( that already on file and this company already took the requested down payment on 8/25). I’m still waiting on my return deposit

I told this man I need a copy of his identification as well, Ramadan got so upset and said I just put half of your stuff on the truck I’ll have them take it off and leave it in front of the building and you figure out how to get it back upstairs since it late. This Man and his crew left my sister belonging and furniture on the STREET!!!!!!!

My sister been requesting My money deposit back since the services was not done!!!

This company tried to blackmail my sister by signing a Global release waver and to have a previous Google post removed to get a bag and deposit back.

This is a disgusting, disrespectful and truly disgrace for this company to do this to anyone and a woman.
