Twin Forks Moving & Storage

We recently used Twin Forks to move our office from Sag Harbor to Southampton. The crew arrived on time, were very professional, careful, attentive and hard working. They estimated the move would take 5 hours but it only took 3 and they credited us the 2 hour difference. Very happy with their service.

We hired them to pack, move and store the contents of our Hamptons home. Everything was high-end designer furniture that we were assured would be handled with care. I was present for the 2 days that the crew was working and not once did they tell me there were any issues. Fast forward 1 year later when we had our furniture delivered to our new home and I was appalled at the condition of our belongings. Our very expensive BB Italia bed frame had been completely destroyed. The wooden frame had been carelessly disassembled and broken into pieces during the process. 30% of the pieces of the frame were missing as well as 75% of the hardware. Countless other items were stained, broken, missing hardware, etc. Twin Forks offered to pay a nominal amount to repair the bed which didn’t even cover the cost of having someone come out to assess the damage and declare the bed impossible to repair. Stay away.
