Twin Locust Barns U-Haul was closed on Sunday but that wasn’t apparent when I booked the reservation. A confusing email was sent to me by this location the day before my rental indicating an update, reservation for 10’ Van when I rented a 10’ box truck. This caused stress on my end thinking I wouldn’t have what I needed for the move. Twin Locust Barns U-Haul didn’t return my call or email.
The remote pick up process via the U-Haul website/app was confusing and circular requiring a phone call to the central 24/7 number. I was then connected to another department where I was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up.
I’ll go back to renting from the Manheim Pike location where there is a human being every day. Never any problems at the Manheim Pike U-Haul.

In December, I bought a 10x10 shed from Twin Locust. The company made my first shed 30 years ago. It held up, but I needed a larger size. I immensely liked Dave, the man in charge. He was a straight shooter and gave me a fair price on the shed I wanted. It arrived a few weeks later, painted exactly the color I wanted, matching our house. A crew of two, using some nifty customized equipment, built a new foundation and set the pre-built shed on it in a couple hours. They also hauled off the old shed. When I noticed an issue with some protruding nails, the company fixed the problem at no charge, under the warranty. Now I have a solid shed that probably will last longer than I do. It's a good company.

Service was great! Love the shed. Would definitely recommend the higher walls with the shelf. Way more storage.
