Very friendly staff

Twin Oaks broke my 200 year old grandfather clock when moving it. They didn't pack it properly for the move, despite us discussing the specialist needs with the team before the move. On the day of the move their team promised they'd be in touch in a few days to arrange fixing it. Months later and they have stopped returning calls and messages and haven't arranged the repair they promised. I wouldn't use them again.

You are literally the worst. Many of my husband's military awards and plaques (IRREPLACEABLE THINGS) were broken. Packed without care.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I cannot stress this enough:
DO NOT HIRE TWIN OAKS!!!!!

I am only about 1/5th of the way through unpacking my belongings and I have already found more damaged and broken items in this one move than I did in my previous FIFTEEN moves combined. The absolute NEGLIGENT disregard for the safety of my belongings crosses from sheer incompetence into DELIBERATE destruction.

The damage claim I file will be long, thorough, and well documented and I will do absolutely everything in my power to ensure that Twin Oaks never receives another contact from the Navy again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
