Two Marines And A Truck

Thoroughly enjoyed this move after our last one completely soured me for using movers. Your crew absolutely turned this move into a pleasurable experience. Our crew was professional, personable and very efficient. We have another larger move coming up in a month and will be using your company yet again! Thank you so much for a truly stress free move! Adding to this as we recently did our second larger move. The men were amazing! They worked very hard, were very professional and friendly!. They just dug in and got it all done. I was tired just watching them! Ethan our crew supervisor helped with both moves and he made things straightforward and simple. No nasty surprises or up charges were given to us - which has happened with other moves! I will tell everyone I know to use this company and I know I when the time comes for us to make another move I will be calling Two marine movers!

If I have a rating below zero I would give 2 Marines that. We had a horrible move from our 2 bedroom apartment to our new home 10 miles away. We had requested for packing and moving service and had received an initial quote of 1200. We later packed everything ourselves except the kitchen, pantry and wall decorations. We didn’t move any big furniture except a spin bike, 2 mattresses, 1 couch and a wardrobe. It took the movers 8.50 hours to finish packing and moving. Now comes the story, we had the worst move ever. They tried to move the couch to the family room and it wouldn’t go through the stair wall. They tried multiple times leaving a huge dent on the roof and several scratches along the stairway. Despite us telling them not to try multiple times for the wardrobe, they continued the same leaving wardrobe broken, wood dent and the stairway scratch multiple times. They didn't have any tools to assist in the move. We had to literally tell them to stop trying and they left the couch and wardrobe in the basement. Our home was freshly painted and the wood was replaced recently. We filed for damage claim and they took their sweet time to respond. They had the worst customer service ever. I sent an email letting them know of my bad experience to which THEY DIDN’T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YET. I have never seen any business not willing to take responsibility for their actions. I wouldn’t recommend 2 Marines to anyone ever. If you request for their moving assistance please be ready to face damages and pay for it yourself. They will have explanations for all their mistakes and the customer service doesn’t even exist there. WORST SERVICE EVER.

The company initially had great communication, but once the move began that's as good as it got. The movers took over 6hrs when they quoted a max move time of 5hrs. They then left over 50 yes 50 dents/scraps on our brand new freshly painted wall and stairwell. They damaged multiple pieces if furniture and did not use proper equipment. We put in a claim for $900 and it took them over one month for them to respond (moved on July 5th received a response August 6th) and to offer us $25. This is unacceptable for a so called professional company. Please do not use this company. They showed a lack of respect for my family, our house and our items.
