Let me start this with the fact that they did move our stuff, and we received it. The manner it was done and the care they took with our stuff is questionable. The crew had no leader. The kid going over the paperwork with me didn't understand it himself. Any questions I had he had to call the office. All of the crew were preoccupied with their earbuds and had to remove them to hear us talk to them.They broke 2 things as well as tore up my driveway, leaving my new house( gravel).. I agreed to pay half the amount due and to be contacted b4 the next half of the payment was complete because of the claims being filed for damages. I was specifically told I would be contacted to initiate a second payment once claims were finished. I was never contacted and assumed because of Xmas I would be after the holiday. Checked my bank account this morning only to find there's a second payment pending. Yet I have yet to be contacted. The payment that's pending would be for the total amount due. Yet the claims have yet to be discussed... At this point, I would not recommend these guys. I was told by the office that I would get a 5-star experience... That's just b/s. The general manager literally showed up for 10 minutes at the most to be sure things were going OK. This is not even mentioning the stuff they forgot and didn't wrap properly. One being a hundred year old piece that I specifically told them to be careful with.......5 or 6 guys came for the loading up. Then, they proceeded to have an argument about who was coming up to finalize the move. We ended up with only 2 guys to unload at the new house. It took them from 10:30 in the morning (3 hours earlier than agreed upon arrival time) til basically dark to finish. I am on crutches and had to hobble out to get them out of the driveway because they obviously had no experience on a gravel driveway after being assured they did..... Left foot deep trench on one side of driveway.... I actually tipped the 2 guys because I felt bad that the company they work for left them a monumental task. My entire family ended up on the truck, helping them because they were arguing between themselves. They were exhausted. Anyway, don't use these guys.......1/18/2023 .3 weeks later, I have yet to be contacted by the general manager concerning my compensation for the broken items. Though he has told me twice now via text, he would contact me. I guess they expect you just to give up and accept the fact that they aren't going to deal with it..... Definitely do not recommend this company. Honestly the only thing he was concerned about was my review on here not recommending them..Update:::: Late January,So after 2 more weeks and a call to corporate headquarters I was finally reimbursed for the items that were broken during our move. Honestly, even that didn't happen without a second follow-up call directly to the gm Chris. He assumed accounting would take care of the reimbursement, but they did not. He took care of it personally after my follow-up call. So it did get done. He did admit our case did fall thru the cracks and apologized for the inconvenience and situation as a whole. I promised I would amend my review, and I have kept that promise. Side note....The bad review was all that the corporate and the local office seemed truly interested in changing...I took my time in amending it as they certainly took their time in reimbursing me for items they admitted breaking in the first place.
We simply needed a double dresser moved approx. 18 miles. This dresser was too heavy for us to personally move so we utilized Two Men and a Truck. The cost to pickup and deliver was a bit more than we expected…the times we live??? With that said, the inside rep was very helpful and professional as well as were the 2 movers. I would recommend using this moving company.
I had a small move for my mom. The guys were fast, careful, professional, and friendly. I gave them a floorplan with the furniture, and they put everything in just the right place. These guys were so good that I'm requesting them when I move at the end of the month! SO MUCH BETTER than our last move! I only gave them five stars because I couldn't give them ten.
Absolutely an Amazing job! I recommend them highly.
