Two Men and a Truck

They moved me out of state and charged me far more than the original quote. The owner came to my home and provided the quote himself. On the day of the move I had to pay significantly more ($1500) than the quote or my things would have been left behind. Additionally, they did more than $6000 in damages to my contents and are only offering to pay $500 in damages. I have been trying to resolve the issue for months and they are not responsive, the owner has not returned my calls.

I had a horrible experience with the owner of this company.

He was rude and unprofessional. The day before the move he demanded that I pay for the entire move upfront. I said I would pay half upfront and the rest at the end of their delivery. This did not make him happy.

He literally told me he wouldn't move me and HUNG UP on me. I had to scramble to get a U Haul. It sucked.

Amazing service!! The two gentlemen who helped us move were on time and very professional. They were very careful & even wrapped our items for extra protection. No time was wasted:) Overall excellent experience!! Would recommend.
