Two Men and A Truck-Fort Wayne

We had a huge move and couldn’t get a permit to park in front of our building. This amazing team carried HEAVY furniture from a block away cheerfully and efficiently! They finished 25% under the time estimate with no mistakes, and no damage! Keezan, Jake S., Jake R., Victor P., Preston B., Jackson, and Ethan were all amazing! We were so lucky to have them as our team.

The guys were great. They came in and had 2 trucks packed and our house empty in 2 1/2 hours! The whole job was done in under 6 hours, and they placed all boxes and furniture wherever we asked or needed. We would hire these gentleman again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

Horrible experience with Two Men & A Truck, I would NOT recommend them. They showed up 30 minutes late, was stuck for almost 2 1/2 hours in my alley and damaged some of my items. I specifically told them not to go down the alley on the one side but they could easily use the other side and they chose not to listen and was stuck. While it was stuck NO ONE kept me updated. I did finally call and ask for another truck and they said they were working on getting it unstuck. The "Manager" that showed up to help them get unstuck never stopped to talk to me or reach out to me to apologize for the inconvenience. I did not feel the movers took very good care with my items and I have items damaged from the move. The next day they called to see how the move went and I requested to talk to a manager, when he called back he was very short with me, made excuses and acted like it was my fault. I understand things happen but to not take responsibility for what happened is poor business practice. I have reached out to Two Men & A Truck every day since to speak to a different manager and no one has called me back. POOR WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! If you have a problem do not expect them to help you or return your phone calls. Very Sad and disappointed :( :( Moving is stressful enough so when you hire movers you think it will relieve some of the stress - it made it so much worse. These are some of what Two Men & A Truck promise but they FAILED at these! THE GRANDMA RULE: To treat everyone the way you would want your Grandma to be treated (I SURE HOPE YOU WOULDN'T IGNORE YOUR GRANDMA WHEN SHE CALLS WITH A PROBLEM SMH, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF).
