I had an amazing experience! The guys were friendly and professional. Most importantly, they brought my furniture up to a third floor apartment without any issues! They were early and took less time than expected.Thank you for a positive, excellent experience!

Horrible experience. Damaged my couch, ripped a rug and damaged our door jam when they carelessly jammed a couch through the door without any protection or wrapping. Their offer to resolve issue was to offer me $210 with the understanding that they would be taking ownership of the couch. Once they removed the couch from our home I'd have the privilege of purchasing the couch back from them for $105 if I wanted it.

Do not waste your time with these guys.

Dont use this company they are very expensive. The guys were great but the company knew I had a stacked washer and dryer but they only sent 2 guys. They couldn't do it so we had to wait for the third guy which was tacked on to the price. The biggest items I had was the washer and dryer a couch with a chaise and a bed a nightstand and some other things that were not big . The bill came to over a thousand dollars they gave me 10% discount plus my 100 dollar deposit I ended up paying 783 dollars. If I had a whole houseful of furniture it probably would of been double the price. I moved three years ago and it cost me 316 dollars for the same amont of furniture. Also they tack on a 56 dollar insurance fee that they don't tell you on the phone when making an appointment. Stay away from this company I wish I had!

I called them to move two sets of washer and dryer from 1st and 2nd floor of the house to the basement. So no truck was needed should've been an easy job. The two guys they sent had no straps/equipment to move it so they try to move it by hand spend mutiple hours trying to move it but mostly just standing around. Wasn't able to finish moving it so the manager said he will sent an another team tomorrow to complete the job and need to charge me $300 total today. I forgot I already paid $100 deposit so I paid $400 total. I ask the manager if I'll be charged another time for the tomorrow since it's the same job and your companys problem for not having the equipment to finish the job. We agreed that I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd day. On the 2nd day like 5 guys come and move it but still have no straps/equipment to move it but they were able to move the 2sets of washer and dryer to the basement by hand. The machines had mutiple scratch marks by the time its down there but I don't really care about that. Lord and behold they sent me $500-600 charge for the 2nd day. I called in mutiple times trying to reach the manager and have him call me back but he never did. They trying to charge me almost a thousand dollars to move that. I could've brought a new set of washer and dryer. This is ridiculous. I'll call the attorney General office first. Then get a lawyer. I would rather spend money on a lawyer than getting scammed.
