Two Men and a Truck Moving

I used this company to move a fridge from kitchen to garage. The movers were very professional and took great care to wrap the fridge and lay down mats to protect floor. I wish I had hired them when I moved into my house as they were superior to the company I used (Surv which did not wrap anything and inexperienced individuals who had not moved an appliance). I will definitely use them in the future!

This was my first experience with movers and overall the whole experience was horrible. They showed up 40 minutes after the expected 2-hour time window and I was not contacted about them being late until after that time had expired.
One of the movers was wearing flip flops, they didn't wrap my furniture in anything and proceeded to scratch and damage my dresser and cabinet. When I asked the movers what they'll do about the damage they informed me that they would inform management after I filled out a form.
When management contacted me they had no idea about my damaged furniture. I was then told to make a claim on their website which I had to jump through loops to convert and downsize my iPhone photos to upload on their website.
When I complained about their website the manager told me I could send the pictures to him and he'd take care of it. Any contact after that point was always initiated by me, I be told by the receptionist and the manager that I would be given an update the next day. Of course I wouldn't hear from anyone.
Overall this process from start to beginning has been miserable and I would save yourself the trouble by avoiding these guys.

Update in response to Charlene Bush: The office only followed up with me once after the inital move. After that I had to keep emailing and calling Joshua, who repeatedly not respond to my emails or not call me back. The only time I could get his attention would be when I contacted his supervisors through email. Even then he would continue to forget the details of my claim multiple times, not confirm with me the plans to fix my furniture and then when he finally send a truck to pick up the furniture, it was being sent to the wrong address. The driver assured me that Joshua would call me to clear this up, I haven't heard from anyone since and this was the week before Thanksgiving.

They damaged new hardwood floors, scuffed up paint in numerous spots, and damaged furniture during the move. We attempted to address the damage, but we had never heard back from the company for over a month. Buyer beware with this company. We even had a second crew 'stop by' during the move just to look at the furniture and hang out, and then they left without doing anything.

Hired two men and a truck to move furniture, it was awful! One guy was an emotional reck bc his gf dumped him. There was ZERO plastic wrap for our furniture, they brought two blankets for bedroom furniture. They damaged my floors and dropped our furniture on the floor and hitting walls causing damages. Our bedroom furniture is damaged and our floors are all scratched up. We had a floor company to give us a price to redo our floors. I sent it to the manager, Joshua Befumo last week and he has yet to contact me. Our next move is a lawyer. Extremely unprofessional. BUYER BE WARE! spend the extra couple of hundred bucks instead of hiring these clowns.
