Overall service has been appalling. I had new piece of furniture which required assembly. I clarified this while scheduling the move and they agreed to install. During the move, the team and the manager both denied to assemble it and came up with all kinds of excuses like running out time, added cost to avoid the job.
Adding to this, the movers did not wear shoe covers and left a huge mess. They were in lot of hurry which is a very unpleasant feeling.
There are movers with excellent customer service out there. Do not recommend this company.
I went in with high expectations. I was very unhappy with the move itself. I believe this was very mismanaged and largely has to do with the management who I spoke to (Tyler) multiple times who continued to try to flip the issues back on me.
First, the scheduling was fine and they were quick to book me for a move. The quotes were straightforward. however i was later told this should have been a 1/2 day pack and full day move. Instead they had booked me starting at around 11-1. The movers showed up and started around 2-2:30 after completing a morning move. The ended up leaving the house at 8pm. They delivered (bed and some boxes) around 9pm. They returned the next day around 4 to complete the move with 2 extra helpers.
Second, In my quote I was not made aware that things on the walls would not be touched/moved. This includes a 78' wall mounted tv. I mentioned 2-3 times this was one of my items and they never mentioned they would not be willing to dismount and move the tv. Knowing they have insurance, i have renters insurance, i'm not sure why this isn't possible. I had to have friend come over to help with this.
Third, I paid for packing service at $235 per hour. The packing was done fairly haphazardly and toward the end, very slowly (admitted I understand the movers are human and people will slow down during the course of the day especially after already completing a move). Numerous times the packers asked 'is all this going? is everything going? They also at one point said they were 5 minutes from leaving but had not packed two closets, two bathrooms, and a TV. They were surprised to hear this was all being packed/moved. This should be pretty obvious as i am moving out. They also left quite a bit of stuff unpacked in the kitchen, closets, and bathrooms. When they finally unloaded, everything was unloaded in the front room. They did not bother to ask where we wanted furniture or boxes delivered until prompted. The move was not very efficient or effective.
Fourth, there were multiple scuff marks especially on the staircase that will need to be sanded down, restained, etc.
overall, move was entirely mismanaged and poorly executed. management did not take accountability and rudely flipped things back on me in an attempt to defend themselves. i won't use them again.

These guys were great, very professional, punctual, took pride in their work. The office assistance was fantastic.
