Lashawn and Virgilio were great moved stuff into the house with no problem… would go with these guys again.

I booked service and asked me to pay a deposit. After I paid the deposit the company was unresponsive for weeks. There was no confirmation or COI provided. Finally a week before my move I finally got in contact with them, and then they were very responsive.

During the move the team that came was really great. They worked well together and were cheerful and overall a great group of guys.

However, when I booked the service the sales person suggested I purchase the 'fixed price' offering. There was no stipulations or requirements. It was a guaranteed price. However, after all my stuff was packed on the truck the manager called me and said my couch was too big and therefore they had to charge me and additional $1,400. To me this was a breach of our agreement, and extortion because they knew I would not tell them to take my stuff of the truck and to only ship the other stuff.

I felt this was a very dishonest approach, and even if this is their policy to have requirements for size of furniture it was not communicated to me. I should not be penalized for poor communication of the company.
