Two Men and a Truck Moving

Movers damaged an expensive solid wood table. I filed the damage report and called their office multiple times to follow up. They are avoiding all contact. Do not trust these people.

Had Two Men and a Truck on Dec. 21st, 2024. Worst experience ever. They did not take all of my belongings, which left my son and I to go back and load up a second time late at night to finish. The truck was plenty big enough but not loaded properly.

They broke the glass in my china cabinet, had me fill out a damage report, which I did, and have not heard from them. Emailed them and called them with no response. They said I would hear within 48 hours after I filled out damage report, and two weeks later I still have not, nor do they respond.

Were very uncaring about my furniture and my desk and dresser were scratched. I can fix that but not the glass in my china closet. Extremely unhappy.

Let me start by saying I waited 10 days to write this after contacting them multiple times to discuss with a manager..I hate writing bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to be scammed again!

Movers broke 20% of my items to include two irreplaceable items. 2 of 3 movers I was charged for were missing and completely inexperienced causing them to inflate hours and charge more. The movers told me they’ve “never done this before” (their words not mine). They charged my property management company $4,000 after quoting $2,000 to move a 600 sq ft apartment literally 1/2 a block. They were hired for 1 day of packing 1 day of moving. Literally with 3 men only packed 1/2 my items day 1. Day 2 I had to micromanage as they repeatedly asked “should I pack this” and I answered maybe 20 times saying “please pack everything, thank you”. Even after that and a manager coming on site to NOT fix the issue because he “couldn’t find parking” many of my items were left behind. Currently arguing with Brittany who has the smartest mouth about a solution. SHADY—— RUN!!!!

Many thanks to 2M+T!! The move across the country (Spokane WA to downtown Philly) was seamless and I couldn't be more pleased. Noz and Raymond arrived in Philly right on time, parked and unloaded quickly and safely on my narrow city street. They unpacked the items I needed help with and carefully unloaded an antique table thru an almost too narrow breezeway without a bump or scratch. A small miracle! They were professional and very kind. The company followed up post-move to confirm my satisfaction. I highly recommend their services and would use them again.
