Two Men and a Truck Moving

Thank you Davian and Rasheed for being great what you do. You took excellent care of my furniture and belongings. I appreciate you being on-time..correction early for my move today. Also, I appreciate your professionalism. You guys are the best. I highly recommend Davian and Rasheed to anyone that needs a mover to move.

This company was great. They were on time, they took good care of my furniture and would ask me if there was anything else I needed.

The gentleman that were at our house were very nice and very respectful. No issue's at all.

Let me just cut to the chase - DO NOT USE THEM. I will say, the second crew we had were wonderful gentlemen, and if they want to find a job elsewhere because they deserve better, I will gladly recommend them. But as for the company? They charged us over 600 dollars past our quoted estimate. They couldn’t move us on the day we selected because they couldn’t get the truck down the street. I provided them with all the information and paid for permits for them to come and the day of they called saying they couldn’t get the truck down the street. Never saw them even attempt and never physically saw the crew. Offered to have them come walk through to see what size truck they would need and they declined. Showed up the next day in a smaller box truck than what my husband used to move us in. Charged me for the day they never even showed up and then charged for the extra time for their inability to properly book the right size truck. It was such a nightmare. I am 7 months pregnant, we took off work to make this happened and lost work time because of them. I have been trying to call this location and the corporate location and no one has gotten back to me. It’s been 3 weeks and now I’m dealing with fighting the charges. Save yourself the headache and move with someone else. Completely horrible company.
