Two Men and a Truck Moving

I moved my 1 BR apartment 3 weeks back. And got the quote finalized for 2 men and a truck , Which I agreed on and signed online. Then on the day of move 3 men showed up and a truck . 2 were really new, barely knew anything. Anyhow it took them 7 hours approx. to move from one place to another which was 15 miles away. At the end of move Tyler who was the main guy made me sign on final amount which was like 900 something. A day later I saw 1400 plus charges on my account from them. When we called them they said it's one man extra charge - to start with we never asked of extra , they never confirmed the charges for extra man before the move and even at the end no mention of him. Also, having an extra person didnot reduce the moving time . There are hidden cost ( extra time they took for their lunch break at wawa) and then they will apologize but still charge you for their fraud. So in a nutshell with mostly 1BR boxes packed we paid 1500 plus tips. They will rip you off. I had to give one star as they showed up because there was no time confirmation from them even a day before . *Editing on nov 11th- they have returned the extra charges thru bank dispute.

I regret to say that my experience with Two Men and a Truck was below expectations. During the move, a piece of furniture was damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, the resolution process was unacceptable. Despite numerous follow-ups over several months, I received minimal communication from Mackenzie, who was responsible for handling the matter. The only way I could reach her was by contacting a different department to be transferred, which is far from ideal. And even then she would not follow through with her commitments. The prolonged lack of responsiveness and poor customer service has been incredibly frustrating, and as a result, I cannot recommend this company.

Pick things up, put things down. They're great at it

Tyler and Dylan were great! Super nice and professional! I had an awkward entrance to my apartment but they were able to maneuver without damaging the furniture or walls so I could tell they have done many moves before. Also great at fitting the truck in a parking lot full of cars!
