Two Men and a Truck Moving

Moving agreement was for one price, they charged me $112 more b/ the move took longer than anticipated which was b/ they sent 2 people instead of 3 as we agreed to. So they only had to pay 2 people instead of 3 and got more money from me. What's worse, the bill I signed for at the end of the move was for the original amount, not the higher amount. You can't charge someone more than they agreed to. They produced a receipt which had my signature but was for the higher amount -- that was dishonest. Tried to resolve this directly with them, they ignored the fact I signed for the original amount. They should have admitted the mistake and refunded me the money.

The movers were friendly, professional, and moved our things quickly but carefully.

We moved from South Brunswick to Delaware, and Tyler, Dylan, and Subreena went above and beyond to make sure our move went smoothly and without a hitch. They were all courteous, helpful, informative, and more than kind to both me and my fiancé. I highly recommend using Two Men And A Truck for you moving needs, whether they are local or cross-state. If they are anything like my experience with these three individuals, they will certainly not disappoint.

Moving is always a pain, but when I have to do it again, I’ll be calling these guys again. Rayshawn, Nyaare, and Thomas got the job done quick and got it done well. Price was fair and right on the money for the estimate I was given.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience using Two Men and a Truck. Mackenzie and her team were amazing. Mackenzie especially was very easy to talk to and thorough. I’ll never forget when I submitted my mover request online at 8 o’clock at night and the next morning at 8:00 AM I received a call from Mackenzie asking for more details. She is on top of her game. She also prioritizes the customer and holds her team accountable. Throughout the moving experience, she kept tabs on her team by calling and checking in on the progress. That made me feel like there was ample communication between management and the crew so that they could try their best to remain on schedule.

As far as the movers, we want to give a huge shout out to Tyler, Sabrina, and Santino. They worked their tails off and we felt as if we all were one team by the end of the move. We felt so comfortable with them moving our things and they took great care throughout the process. We practically became friends by the end of it. It was also a blazing hot, hot day and they did their job without complaining or making us feel worse about it. I appreciated that so much. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!
