Just moved today. The entire moving team was exceptional. Prompt, friendly, and efficient. The overall experience was fantastic. If you hate moving, this is the company to call.

Horrible experience. They broke my television, broke my bookcase, and scratched the whole bottom side of one of my dressers. Movers were very unprofessional and complained about the entire move. That probably was why so many things went wrong. They complained about the steps and huffed and puffed about the entire move. My couch they said could not get through my front door and that I would have to take my door off and do it myself and they put my couch in our garage. They recommended we call the couch doctor. I believe they said this because they just didn’t want to do it. My boyfriend and one of his friends were able to get our couch in later on that week without having to take the door off, where 4 movers said it was impossible. I received a lackluster apology from the company and sad refund for the damaged items.
