The Chambersburg, PA office staff and Manager, Bryan, would not expand my move quote to include additional boxes on move day. No flexibility resulted in having to hire a 2nd move company at additional expense and stress. If you don't want to pay double moving expenses, don't hire this company!
I will add that Cody and Jonathan were good on site movers, the issue is with poor management.

Response to the company: I have no idea what you are talking about related to threats to your moving team. This did not occur and I'll add management dishonesty to my original review. I told you I counted my boxes to the best of my ability but could not provide an exact number until move day. I was told by your move team to contact you to amend the work contract for additional items because 'it's done all the time' the day of the move. You refused to amend the work contract to allow additional items on the truck. I was not asking to move items that were not in the contract, I was asking to amend the contract to allow additional items. My recommendation stands to avoid this moving company.

We had a great experience with our Team from Two Men and a Truck. Jonathan and Cody were super careful with all of our stuff and continue to move and work hard until the job was completed. We would hire them back again, but don't care to move again anytime soon. haha But if you are moving--give them a call.
