An absolute NIGHTMARE. This was the worst moving experience ever. Movers showed up 3 hours late. By then, my family had completely moved my entire kitchen and both bathrooms to the new unit, which was literally 10 footsteps across the hall from my previous apartment. By the time the movers arrived, they needed to move my bedroom furniture for two rooms, my recliners, and 8 bins from my storage closet. I repeatedly had to ask my brother not to assist the movers because I was paying heavily for a service. Over $1800 for a move across the hall, and they didn't move all the items quoted. The movers came in unprepared. They had absolutely NO power tools. Which resulted in a simple task of taking apart my bedroom furniture in 15 minutes to an hour or more for each room. The movers manager repeatedly kept calling them, which would stop one of the movers from working to answer his calls and questions on MY DIME. This was a simple move across the hall, no steps, just straight out the door into another door. The movers were not properly informed, skilled, and did not have the appropriate tools to take apart my furniture. I had to open my tool bag to take apart my own recliner because they insisted on lifting my leather couch and squeezing it through a tight door. A simple video on YouTube is all it took for me to learn how to take the recliner apart. Their manager called 4 times, so I was left taking apart and putting my recliner together on my own. I would NEVER recommend or utilize this company. They apparently do not supply their employees with the appropriate tools needed to get the job completely efficiently. I was overcharged for time and items that they did not even move. I was nice enough to purchase the movers dinner because I saw they were trying, but they certainly were not properly prepared. I even tipped each mover $50 each, despite finishing the job correctly. They informed me that their manager told them they had to leave or I would be charged. I was furious! Do not entrust your move with this company!

Great job on clearing out my garage. The front desk personnel was very nice and helpful. And the gentlemen that came to remove and clear my job were punctual and gave me a curtesy call before arriving. An addition the office staff called and left me a voicemail as a reminder. Price was great. I definitely would use them again and recommend them to others. Great job guys.
