Two Men and a Truck Moving

The worst around. My furniture looks just like the photos others uploaded. Never again! People who don’t care about other’s belongings. To spend so much money for chipped furniture missing wood off headboard, footboard, a scratched dresser and , missing screws from my entire frame. Find a better place that cares about others stuff. They must hire anyone looking for work.

In my 61 years of life I have moved 12 times. Two Men And A Truck in their Norristown, P.A location, is by far the worse packing and moving company I ever encountered! The administrative staff at the office, who provided us with the estimate and a description of the services to be rendered, communicates poorly with the packing and moving staff. The work order provided to the packers and movers DID NOT match what was written in the agreement, nor did it include the ammendments we requested and had agreed upon. As a result, anything that could go wrong went wrong including 3 separate injuries to myself while the movers were there. I am disabled and my youngest son has Autism. This move needed to be handled in its entirety by Two Men And A Truck. Instead, we were stuck with at least 50% of the packing and physically helping them load and unload the truck. When we asked to be compensated for their extremely poor services, we were only offered approximately 7 % off the total bill. This was not even enough to cover the my urgent care medical expenses to treat the injuries I suffered. Save your self the aggravation and potential injury to yourself. Do not use Two Men a Truck for any of your moving needs.

My grandsons helped me by taking care of this move with your men. They were very pleased with the way it was handled and they knew it wasn't the normal move they usually have had
We are moving from a house with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths...into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The room available to get boxes and furniture up the steps and into a very crowded room was very small, and the guys did exceptionally well with everything arriving in good shape. If I ever move again, your people will be the only team I use!! Thanks for a job very well done.
