Two Men and a Truck Moving

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. The office team answered everyone of my questions and gave me great confidence in their work. Cora was such a calming presence when I called her several times. I was making a really big move and stress got the best of me a few times. Chris provide excellent day of service communication. Carlos and Larry were extremely professional and personable. My things all arrived in-tact and promptly. I have already recommended to a friend!

I was very stressed about having to move my furniture with a limited budget but Two Men and a Truck alleviated all that stress! They were on time, friendly, efficient and handled everything with care. Much appreciated and I will recommend them to everyone i know!

During the move for my home, movers were friendly. However, they damaged my home without telling me while they were moving items. They pretending it didn’t happen, but there was drywall on the floor near our front door. They damaged our wall leading to our door, other trim marks, knocked off our smart doorbell, and damaged personal items on the move.

Adam with the operation teams does not respond in a timely manner after he is notified of damaged items. He does not give call backs and responds by email when convenient.

If you use their preferred vendor (Mr.Doug), if he does not actually fix the job, Two and a half men will not hold him responsible for the job that he was recommended to do. Do not use their preferred vendor, but your own so you can make sure the job gets completed

I don't think I hate moving anymore! No seriously, thanks to Two Men and a Truck, I'm actually looking forward to my next move. From my first phone call with Cyndey, who was an absolute gem and beyond patient with me. I was able to book and secure a slot the night of wanting to move and 3 Men showed up. Lawrence, Ashtoun, and Larry were great! This had to be the fastest move I've ever completed. I felt horrible when I found out my couch couldn't fit in the elevator and they had to take the stairs but they were beyond understanding. So if you are dreading having to move and don't know who to trust, now you have your answer. I will be using them again in the future! Thank you all so very much! You seriously turned a stressful, frustrating moment into an easy peaceful, serene achievement!
