Two Men and a Truck Moving

Great service from Two Men and a Truck! I would definitely use their moving service again!

I booked Two men and a truck from this location. Our move fell through and I can’t say how nice this group and Robert treated us! The best customer service I have ever had from a moving company. Just based on the service I received from not moving - I can only imagine the service we would have received if we did move!!!

Nelson and Ronnie were probably the most professional movers that I have ever experienced . Prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their jobs. I would and will definitely use them again and request the same two men !

I made some changes and the company handled them with grace and professionalism. Everything went so smoothly. This is my second move with Two Men and a Truck, and I am will use them in the future.

A piece of furniture was damaged, to the extent that it is unusable, during my move from my apartment in Austell. This was surprising to me since the movers appeared to take care in wrapping/padding everything before loading into the truck, and I have had two previous excellent experiences with Two Men and a Truck.

Company representative Cameron Lovelace responded to my complaint by first researching the possibility of repairing the item. When that didn’t pan out, he sent me a check for exactly the amount I asked for compensation. Cameron was persistent and cordial throughout the entire process. I will be using Two Men again if the occasion arises and recommending their services to others.
