Two Men and a Truck Moving

Very unprofessional damage some of my items and has not reached out back to me.

If i could give 0 stars i would… my one recommendation is do not rent this company to trust your valuables with. On December 20th my roommate had two movers come in and pack up her stuff from the house we were living in at the time. She he had instructed them to specifically not to touch my side of the stuff, but they did not listen. I had noticed a prada gift set of mine had been stolen (keep in mind this was in my bathroom that they also were instructed not to go into) which is valued at $200. Secondly when i had returned home i realized the stuff in my room had been tampered with because for precautious reasons i had taken a picture of my stuff just to make sure nothing was touched because i had packed it a certain way. I noticed my stuff had been moved around and not left in the way i had put it. They had also taken my Louis Vuitton purse strap that is valued for over $900. These things being stolen from me is very sad because they were both given to me as gifts and it sucks that we trusted these men to come into our home and they did this. I had reached out to them to figure out what happened but both the managers said they would contact me back they never did. Very disappointing because my roommate was telling me how good of a job they did. I will be taking legal action over this.

Shady business practice. Driver was 4 hours late arriving and didn’t even know my move was out of state. Driver kicked in my tv screen after it unloaded at the final stop and company won’t stand behind it. They took my valuation policy and boxes that I paid for up front and worked it into the flat fee so there is no record of me having paid for these items…..Thank goodness for recordings of calls. Also never call to add more things after initial quote….they just charge more money and will pretty much double your quote. Movers won’t even count the number of boxes or explain anything going on. Overall will never use again. For someone who uses a “grandma rule” they sure don’t live by it.
