Two Men and a Truck Moving

Dec 21, around 9:40pm, Two Men and a Truck van going south on 400 in the left lane, 60mph in a 65mph, Dawsonville. For about 4 miles with a stop at each mile it kept constant pace with another car in the right lane, stopping at every light, and when the light went green accelerating at the exact same pace as the car in the right lane, preventing myself and another car from getting around. We only were able to pass when the car in the right lane slightly sped up and gave a very slight gap. Shortly after passing we reached the 3-lane section of 400, and your truck STILL stayed in the left lane/passing lane/fast lane, with STILL a string of cars behind it. I wrote a complaint on your website, zero reply = our drivers hogging the passing lane is not something we care about.
