Two Men and a Truck Moving

This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a moving company! I am on hospice and the team they sent to my house was less than cordial or pleasant. They were rude. Outside of that they also broke multiple items in the move, they're supervisor refuses to refer me to someone over his head because he cannot fix the problem. They want to charge me again for a problem that their company failed to perform. Meaning this, they were supposed to take apart my bed that's what we paid for and they were supposed to take that bed to my new house and they didn't have the tools they needed I offered to buy them they said no I offered to give them to them I didn't have them in my house so I couldn't so long story short they ended up saying they were going to come back the next day and fix the bed ticket for bringing to my new house I thought cool no problem. They never showed up their managers are less than adequate and I would not recommend these people to anyone that's moving let alone anyone who's handicapped or sick or battling with any kind of ailment because they are not empathetic sympathetic or kind and even outside of that they're unprofessional so I would never recommend this to your friends. UPDATE... I CALLED TWO MEN AND A TRUCK CORPORATE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE THE FRANCHISE OWNER. IF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS INADEQUATE YOU ARE UNABLE TO ESCALATE THE ISSUE.
