I’ll have to say we have used this company in the past and they were OK but this time they were not up to par.
They did show up on time. There were three of them. No one was clearly in charge, directing the others.
None of them used back braces or lifting harnesses they tried to muscle everything around, which really scared me afraid one of them might get hurt.
They also were not organized and how to pack a large vehicle truck. Some of our stuff was turned upside down, and things that were inside which they said we could keep inside or toss about not impressed.
The move out went without incident. The move-in was a little more difficult, having no one clearly in charge was a detriment to them, because they couldn’t figure out how to get a certain few items in our home.
It seems they were in a hurry just to get everything off the truck and into our house. They left with things undone they did however, save us an hour was very nice given that each hour they charge $250 which is fairly expensive in our opinion.
Overall, they did an OK job however, I would not recommend the Eustis office in the future to anyone.
I have tag this company with only one star it was two after I found my wine fridge damaged and not working, it show how not careful they are with your possessions!!!!

Charlie and Kyle were early and ready to go. They worked non stop and got my mom moved in the minimal amount of time. They were kind enough to move an extra refrigerator to another location. They were professional and friendly. Great job!!

Charlie and Tufaara were awesome! They showed up promptly, handled my items with care, and adjusted my invoice for materials I didn’t need for the move. Integrity, professionalism, everything you aspire to experience from a company you do business with. These two gentlemen were a big help today and I hope to use them again for any future moves. Request them is my whole-hearted advice! 5 stars!
