Two Men and a Truck Moving

Two gentlemen that did the move were efficient and steady workers. They did a great job.

My second experience with them was not good. I deducted two stars after now using them twice. The movers were great and took very good care of the piano during transit, however the office ignored my request for a small truck due to only moving a piano. The 26ft truck had to go slower because it was too big for the small road. I had to pay extra for the extra 30 minutes of travel time. At a very high hourly rate this was unnecessary because all of the details about the road were discussed prior.

From initial phone call to the three hard-working movers, this team represented the company slogan 'movers who care.' Not an easy house with 4 flights of stairs. We had a lot of fragile fine china and all was handled with care. Special Thanks to Davonte, Dametrius and Ricky who moved the belongings of my family from an historic home to about 15 minutes away. Rebecca and David were knowledgeable in the office when it came to scheduling, estimating in addition to excellent verbal and electronic communication.

Excellent communication about liability and knew when to slow down and keep me in the loop about large items that were to be taken apart or to just show me some pre-existing damage. They were very good about reading the fragility of the boxes and the correct room to put them in.

This crew had a great attitude throughout the heat and whilst climbing steep stairways, very cautious to keep the plaster walls in tact and scuff-free.

Note: Not a big deal to me, but even though I called the Eustis office, it was a crew from Ocala area. They were still right on time arriving in Mount Dora.
