Two Men and a Truck Moving

The three-man crew from Two Men and a Truck were amazing. They called ahead of when they arrived, showed up on time, were personable, listened to my concerns, and best of all, fit all my stuff in the POD that I had!

All I have to say just WOW!!
Excellent Outstanding service beginning with Finance Expect Geral and Manager Raul from Pompano Beach. This has been a difficult time for me and this move. As a senior woman, 2Men and Truck in Pompano made me feel at ease and peaceful with this move. I even haven’t moved yet due to I got sick, and had to reschedule.
I have use their services before, wonderful service but never did I ask for their names.
I made sure I got them this time because I want let it be noted that 2Men and Truck employees mentioned, provide excellent caring service and well deserved. Recognition to both Geral and Raul.
I will recommend 2 Men and Truck to everyone I know for moving needs!!! KUDOS to you both?

THIS IS A UPDATE REVIEW ON THE SERVICES OF 2 MEN AND A TRUCK FOR MY MOVE JUST BRDRM ITEMS****************************+*…………
After posting the review, I was duped by this company after the move was finished. I was not informed that I needed to pay a tremendous fee in order to gain access to my cubicle containing my items in there property. What they failed to tell me was it would cost me $90 to do so. (Time if each access needed). Initially I shared a story to Frank the Mgr in the Pompano office, about living and limited financial situation. The apt am in needs to vacated , with financial restrictions,
Frank’s reply to that was “evil for landlords to do that!!!

We’ll 2 Men & A Truck you are also part of putting customers in financial situations without notifying the customer of the policies of how access to the customers belongings.

The agent that initiatly too care of me was amazing and explaining the move process. He never mention about the storage and how it worked. Frank after all my belongings were belongings were in their possession, that’s when I was hit with the news I had to pay $90 anytime I wanted to access me my personal belongings.

That FRANK is evil!! Many belonging were left behind because of time constraints and I would be charged extra fees.

This did not work for me and asked to have corrected as I did know about the policy. Even though I was made to sign all their documents in fast and rush manger before I read the contract. If I would of it would be company time and they would charge me more money for the time.

I really feel that this incident should be looked at, listen to the phone conversations that took place.
Customers are being ripped off!!!

Jesus and Tim were both very professional, friendly, and took extra care with moving my apartment. They were efficient in protecting all of my belongings and moving them to the final destination in a timely manner. I highly recommend using Two Men and a Truck for your move; there were no hidden fees, very professional, and had a good attention to detail. Ask for Jesus and Tim!
