Two Men and a Truck Moving

I will first start off by saying the office team, and Managers are AWESOME! But.. this move started off rough to say the least.
Long story short, the team that they sent was NOT up to their standard. The male on my team was quite slow in EVERYTHING that he did - from the paperwork to moving the smallest of boxes. From my view point it felt like his very first day on the job and it was not. The female on my team busted her tail, but she could only do so much and with hardly any help from the other guy. She was also preoccupied as she was dealing with a personal family situation (Which i totally understand. life happens to us all) . She spent A LOT of time on the phone, which she offered to doc time for because of it. which was cool. BUT we were hitting the 3 hour mark and not even a DENT was made. I was originally quoted for 2-3 hours (moving from a 2bd apartment into a small home with 1 mile distance between the two). At this pace they were moving i knew it was going to take AT least 2-3 more hours for them just to finish loading the truck.. I'll also point out that the crew came in asking me to sign an extension for the hours BEFORE they had even touched an item. that was the first red flag. Anyway I called the office right away and spoke with Pamela to let her know all that was going on. She sent 2 managers out to my apartment ASAP and assured me everything would be taken care. When the managers arrived they let me know that I would only be charged for what I was originally quoted (2hours) and they would comp the rest. They sent the original crew home and got to work! The managers finished the rest of my move THEMSELVES! loaded and had everything unloaded at the new place in 2 hours. I was so so very thankful they showed up!! Awesome customer service and cannot thank them enough for saving the day!! All this to say, rough start, awesome ending. If you have any issues, be sure to communicate to the office staff and they will make it right!
