Two Men and a Truck Moving Customer Reviews

Review:

Both Cody and Freddy take the personal time to go above and beyond and were extremely careful; always asked me of my preferences - especially with furniture placement. I highly recommend both, they go above and beyond until the job is complete and are both courteous and easy to talk to. They knew how to make the moving experience super fast and easy. Very grateful for both of these all-stars!

The team who helped me move were on time, efficient and hard working. Cody, Seth and Fredrick were prepared with supplies and made sure I was satisfied with the move. I appreciate there effort.

'I hate moving.' I'm pretty sure my movers - Seth and Cody (I purposefully flipped the order of the names from what one of them wrote on the card, and that's not judgmental because I'm not sure which one was Cody and which one was Seth) - heard that at least two dozen times during my move. I thoroughly hate moving.

The booking process was a royal pain. I submitted a request for a quote...and didn't hear anything. So I submitted another request for a quote, and still didn't hear anything. I finally sent an e-mail to the office here - and also reached out to another moving company - but lo and behold, I finally got a response. From both companies! I had some things unpacked by Two Men and a Truck before, and the movers were absolutely awesome then, so I threw caution to the wind, didn't call the other company back, called Two Men and a Truck back, scheduled my move for 0830-1030 (estimated), and then worked three nights in a row. In Louisville. In an ER. During Super Bowl weekend.

On Monday, I got a call right at 0745 as I was headed back; they were ready to meet me. I showed them the unit, and I was refreshingly met with positivity: 'Well this is gonna be a quick one!'

I'm sorry, what? There's a washer and dryer (with podiums), four or five large boxes, a California king mattress, oversize chair, chest of drawers, weight bench, TV stand, and a sectional couch. We scoped out the storage facility, the driver (I still don't know who was who) talked me through his approach, and they absolutely went to work. They had it all done within an hour, along with the stuff I had planned on getting later - drill press, small bookshelf, belt sander, workbench, bench polisher. They literally cleared out the entire storage unit in an hour. They unloaded it at my house in 45 minutes.

The quote process wasn't great, and I really almost went with another company because I wanted the quoting process to be easy, and then it wasn't. So why did I rate Two Men and a Truck a five-star? BECAUSE OF THE MOVERS. The guys who meet you, and shake your hand, and actually move your stuff.

I've booked one other moving company in Bowling Green; the office staff responded quickly with a quote and I thought they listened to me, but then the movers showed up with absolutely no clue about what I had told the office staff. I won't name names, but I hope they put out fires better than they listen.

This five-star review is because the movers are fantastic; punctual, quick, efficient, personable, careful, knowledgeable - no, I'm not a bot; some humans understand adverbs, too. I've booked this company twice now, and the movers have been the same both times: AWESOME. Period. The booking process...yeah, they need some work. But even if the online part sucks, the movers are well worth dealing with it to the tune of five stars.
