Two Men and a Truck Moving

I have never written a review for a company until now. BEWARE. My move was scheduled for 9am on a Friday and they called AT 9am to CANCEL the move. They said all of their trucks were out on jobs and said I could reschedule for the following Monday. No apology, no offer for a discount until I asked for one. The amount of time, preparation, rearrangement of work schedules, SCHEDULING A LEASE END DATE, and cost involved in getting a move completed on time is stressful on its own. Do not use this company.

Terrible is the best description of their “service”. Forgetting the cost (which is unforgettable) the movers are unskilled, untrained folks who will damage your possessions, damage your home and leave without completing the job. Take a look at the pictures. They damaged a desk, jammed it through a door opening which incredibly was not as wide as the desk. In so doing they broke the floor pads off and the metal stubs irreparably dented the metal door in multiple places causing hundreds of dollars of damage. They were told at the time of estimate that a treadmill had to be moved from the basement to the garage; they couldn’t figure out how to do that and left before using all the time that we were charged for. We’ve had 7 cross country professional moves, multiple local moves and an excellent move to our current home by a Youngstown Two Men and a Truck franchisee. This Streetsboro franchisee is a disgrace to the otherwise fine name.

The three young gentlemen were courteous, efficient and quick. I thoroughly enjoyed having them do the work. You can be proud of all three of them.

This was the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck. The gentleman are super efficient, courteous, and fast. I would highly recommend them.
