I've always been very satisfied each time I call. I used them four times now for fairly simple tasks, but beyond my capabilities at almost 70 yrs. They helped set up an outdoor shuffleboard, moved my new grill in place, arrange furniture in a bedroom, brought a big tube TV from the basement to the curb for pick-up.
