Two Men and a Truck Moving

I called in for a quote and had the good fortune to have Jennifer wait on me. This young lady was perhaps the best customer service experience I've ever experienced. She was professional and pleasant, through. She was patient and kind. She gave me tips on how to save on my move. She was supportive and followed through. She listened to me and treated me like a human being which is rare these days. I just can't say enough about Jennifer. She should be a train

Would give a 6th star if possible. Absolutely perfect in every way.
Deborah in the office was super friendly and helped me figure out how much I had to move and worked out options. She was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with as my move was scheduled before I had a set address and had to update information multiple times throughout the process. When the day came the guys called me in the morning to let me know they were on their way giving me plenty of time to get ready. Upon arrival we did a walkthrough signed some paperwork and they go to work. Efficient does not begin to describe how these guys do their job. They got my warzone of an apartment organized, packed, and loaded in 2 hours. Each and every piece was perfectly packed almost to where I think they did too good of a job. I could have thrown my glassware out of an airplane and it would have been just fine. They kept saying that they treat my belongings as if they were their grandmothers, but honestly most of the stuff was my grandmothers and they treated it better than I ever had. Now its up to you to decide if that is a praise on them or a negative on me, but I like to think I treat my things pretty well. On the unloading end not even 1 full hour to unload the truck and arrange and rearrange everything in the new house. They arranged everything the way I thought I wanted it and when they asked what I thought I hesitated and instantly they offered suggestions for a different layout which I loved. They then moved everything again and make absolutely sure I was happy before they were finished.
Incredible experience from the very start to the very end. I cannot speak highly enough of the 4 men and their truck. They are the first and last call for anyone looking to move.
