Two Men and a Truck Moving

Terrance was an awesome team lead. He took his time and securely wrapped all my fragile items. He was polite, professional, and very pleasant. Rio and Harry were also a pleasure to work with and made me feel assured that my possessions were handled efficiently and with care. Many thanks to these three gentlemen!

I used the moving company to in the truck on June 27 2024 At 8 AM. The team was positive, professional very prompt and clean. They handled my property with care and professionalism. I would recommend this team and this 100%!

My husband and I moved out of apartment early June 2024. We called a few times to confirm with them how they would care for our furniture when we move. They told us that our furniture would be wrapped up and they will provide mattress bag for our mattress. Also we confirmed and pay them to take apart our bed frame. When they arrived on the moving day they did not have the proper tools to take apart our bed frame. They said it wasn’t on the invoice. So when they started to take apart our bed frame they said it was broke. Also I’m missing the screws to my mirror on my dresser when you guys took it apart. Our mattress was not covered by plastic. I’m very upset now we don’t have a bed frame and I have to buy new screws for my mirror. I’m very upset. I will not pay for two men and truck to move my furniture ever again. I will not recommend this company.

Movers accidentally broke light fixture back ok 5/25/2023 and have still not given ANY assistance on closing our the report and paying ourrent complex the cost to repair. On the move day back in 2023, we Immediately filed the damage report with the manager on site that helped team move and they have been basically nonexistent when it came time to pay our apartment complex to replace light. We have made over 3 efforts to reach out to this location since this day in 2023 to have this settled and continuously get the run around. I have been Passed off to i believe Michael Street, the operations manager and left a vmail. He called back within a hour and told me he had to then have another person call me. Never received a call or email to the number left on the damage report, or my personal phone number left with each customer service rep. If they break anything, good luck getting any help from that point. Didnt want to leave this type of review because the actual movers did a great job outside of breaking the light fixture. But, it is what it is.
