Two Men and a Truck Moving

The 2 men that came and did all the hard work were amazing! They were so fast efficient and very nice. They office staff that they had to call because of not having wifi to do finally payment was not as nice. They gave the 2 men the run around and then tried with us as well. Saying having to come out to the location! Both the 2 men and us had other places to go at this time and no time to wait! The office person finally said we would send the link to us for payment. This delay in then having no wifi and then have to make 2 calls held not only us up and the 2 men up for at least 15mins!

Again, the 2 gentlemen that came and did the moving were excellent and very nice, No fault of them at all!
Also watching the process was very interesting how they do and care for your items!

Honestly, I can not say enough good about the team that helped us move today. You have no idea how stressful moving is going to be, especially when forced to move- until you are packing.

I can confidently say, every single person that came to help today from Two men and a Truck, was amazing, and they all deserve raises.

I really enjoyed talking to them all!
They were all very personable and remembered details about all of our belongings and where they went.

They were quick, fast, strong, compassionate.
Literally will recommend them to everyone from now on.

Chantell was very professional, thorough, patient, and accessible. I worked with her over the course of a few months making changes and she was always so nice.

Will and Amonte did a fast and fabulous job packing the truck. I had fragile, tall IKEA wardrobes I was worried about but they came through in perfect condition. Will was very efficient organizing set up and paperwork. Amonte was very careful and hardworking.

Great! They were on time, in a good mood, friendly, and professional. Alex and Alana (I'm sorry if I'm spelling it wrong). Also they worked quickly and efficiently and got the entire job done an hour faster than originally quoted.

I had never used a moving company before, and I didn't know what to expect. Chris, and the other gentleman (I didn't get his name) were absolutely amazing. They worked quickly, but not too quickly that I was ever worried about any of my things, beating the initial quoted time. (Upon unpacking, no damage was found except for a few super minor scuffs that are more than expected during a move). I was nervous that with an hourly rate, they would go slowly - they did not! They were going up and down stairs and got my 2 bedroom apartment packed up in 2 hours! The whole move took a little over 4 hours including the drive from my old place to my new place), and I was quoted at 6-8 hours.

Their communication was top notch, always double checking to make sure what items I wanted moved, and where I wanted them to go at the new place.
The whole process from start to finish was easy (as easy as moving can be), from my initial call, to follow-ups, to the actual move, to payment.

As I had never used a moving company before, I had no previous experience to go on - so I looked Two Men and a Truck up on Google, as it is one of the only moving companies I had heard of. If I'm being honest, the reviews scared me a little bit. I called and emailed around and NO other moving company in the area got back to me. I took it as a sign to move forward with Two Men and a Truck - and I'm SO happy I did.

In addition to being my first time with hired movers, I was nervous to have two men (literally) in my apartment alone as a woman, and I was never uncomfortable or felt unsafe with Chris or with the other man. They were respectful, communicative, and nice.

I was ecstatic with my choice to go with Two Men and a Truck. I can not imagine the process being any smoother.

I will recommend to any friends/family members who are looking for a mover in the future! While I hope to stay in my current apartment for awhile, I will keep Two Men in mind for our next move.
