Two Men and a Truck Moving

I used two men a truck to move us yesterday 15 pcs which included 2 mattresses 2 box springs and 1 frame the heaviest thing was a grandfather clock and it took them 5 hrs at $203.00 per hr with a 7 min travel time between locations ( Google maps) 2.5 hrs to load 2.5hrs to un load I was estimated 1 to 3 hrs even when the gentleman got the lead man Estimated 45 min to load .

Basically they moved me out a very small storage that had a love seat and two dressers and two small totes and a few bags and then when to my the apartment I was moving from which was a one bedroom and pick up one bed on dresser 3 totes and a small table and to chairs and took it to my new apartment which was right across the parking lot and remind u I already give them a down payment of $213.00 when we got to the new house and they finish unloading my things which took two hours and they charged me a additionally $600 dollars remind that they did not move all of my things out of the one bedroom apartment I still have to pay someone to come and move the remainder of my things so please don’t ever use there services because they over charge and still will go into your account and take money

Whole experience was great the movers who came Raymond lopez and his partner, Where very professional and caring of my property both my things and the actual property, they asked questions and got started and moved at a great pace. I will definitely use them again in my future moves and pray all locations are like this one.

Absolutely terrible. These are not professional movers. Amateurish all the way around. Whoever their so-called supervisor was, she was the worst. They shrink wrapped our Dressers and they didn’t move the drawers separately. She said they had to hurry because they have another job later that day. What? I hired them for 6 hours! When you live somewhere for 15 years, there is alot of stuff. We didn’t deserve to be hurried through our move. Especially at the price they gouge you for. I’ve never seen anything like it. Unbelievable. If you want a professional mover, do not go here. You have been warned! I had to hire another company to finish the job! ??‍♂️
