Was quoted a fair price when looking and comparing in the area. Day of the movers were on time, friendly, explained everything very well and answered questions amazingly. They worked fast and were very careful with my belongings, constantly double checked on if there was more to move or different than what was originally stated at the beginning. Will definitely use them again because I was so impressed!

This was not a good experience at all. I was quoted a certain dollar amount for junk removal and then my card was charged several hundred dollars over the quoted amount with no explanation of the increased charges at the time of the job sign off. When I called for an explanation I got a totally different method to their billing policies than I did at the initial booking conversation. Not to mention they did a bang up job removing items from my house and made a muddy mess that is going to cost me even more to repair. I’m so disappointed and will call Blue Ox next time.
