Review:
Customer service over the phone was miserable. She messed up my estimate THREE times in a row. I had to wait two additional days for the move to be completed. The movers themselves were nothing short of fantastic. Everything was moved efficiently and excellent communication from start to finish. I'm uncertain if I'll go through this company again because I spent over two hours on the phone trying to get my estimate right over ONLY THREE items that needed to be moved.

Good people, but they don’t have a Dock, so be careful if you have a 53 ft trailer.

Review:
Travis Grove & Jack Ringwald did a great job. Called me, looked the situation over, rapped my furniture in blanket & plastic. Used ergonomic knowledge to move furniture. Communicated with me. Found the new address. Put furniture where I wanted it at new house. Rate 5 of 5!!!
