It is always easy to set up a move with Two Men and a Truck. We are repeat customers, so scheduling takes a quick call, then all documentaion arrives via email. Our quote is always accurate, and the times listed are met -- both for the team's arrival, and then finishing. Our moving teams have always been cheerful and energetic. This time we were moving from one storage facility to another and they way the truck was packed made it possible to stage the new unit just the way we wanted for item access. We always know what to expect from Two Men and a Truck and that is why we keep coming back for their services.

I admit, I had very low expectations of 'moving companies' in general. I thought I would have to spend all day supervising and making sure everyone was active. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement! We experienced three polite young men working non-stop the entire day except for a short lunch break. This included some difficult pieces and up and down many stairs. It was extraordinary and impressive! We will absolutely use this company again if the need arises and strongly recommend them to anyone considering moving services.

Our move was scheduled for last Saturday between 11-1. The movers didn’t call until 3:20 PM. We were very frustrated, me and my husband left voicemails to the office because they close at 12:00 PM and I got no reply back from them. I also emailed them and I got nothing. Today is Wednesday and we never heard back from them for that inconvenience. I wish there was a better way of communication and if there was a better supervision on their busiest day of work.
They’re not the cheapest, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
