Two Men and a Truck Moving

This is my second time using this company. Both times were great, but this last one was exceptional. I had to cancel twice due to weather (freeze) and they were so accommodating. They sent three guys who arrived promptly. Love that they call to let you know they’re on their way. Miguel, Ryson and Owen were so respectful, down to earth and hard workers. They wrapped everything. My furniture is old and has no value, but they treated it like it was brand new. My mom, who came to help, was just as impressed with them. Everything went smoothly, and the price was very reasonable. The manager even came out to just see how things were going. The entire company from the office people to the movers just made this experience fun. The dread I had that morning, because moving is rarely pleasant, disappeared as soon as they arrived. Absolutely would use them again and will refer to everyone.

The two guys were on time friendly, and took great care of all of my stuff. They explained everything they were doing and were conscious of my time and my budget. Anyone who is moving should give Two Men and a Truck a call. Highly recommended.

If I could I would give less stars.. but here we go.. quote was 4 to 6 hours and took them 10 hours!!!.. just to take my bed apart and put it together they took over 3 hours and 2 guys working in the bed, while the other one was loading boxes by himself. I had to take the front door off the hinges because the fridge was to big, but when got to the other house, they didn't wait and the fridge is now all scratched.. (I wasn't going to say anything, until it got worse).. they dropped my washer, no damage that I could see, until this morning when I was doing laundry and the washer is leaking... (spent all day today fixing the washer, the plastic that holds the hose inside broke and the hose got lose, it's fixed now)... by bed is a massage bed, they didn't connect a to the out let, but no big deal right? Wrong. All the wires under the bed were left disconnected as well.. did it ended there? Of course not, all the screws to hold the bed together were left lose, and now the whole frame is broken, because when we stepped on the bed it flipped and the wood cracked. So I really think they did a poor job, and milked the time for more money!! I put a complaint with them, and guess what? Nothing.. so hope people see this review and don't book them!!
