Two Men and a Truck Moving

I recently Hired this company and from the beginning of the move to the end they were Very Professional and Proficient, they were So Nice. When I'm ready to move, I'll be hiring them again!

I had Brandon and Leonard move boxes and furniture from storage up to my attic. They were courteous and friendly and did an excellent job. They were also very quick. A very good experience.

The people were very friendly and personable but they did not do a good job packing my furniture. I expected possible scratches in the wood but at least 3 of my marble tables have chips in them. My coffee table is so dinged up that it’s basically trash and will just either be thrown away or used outside.

They told me it would take 2 1/2 hours and it took 5. I told anyone that would listen that I have a lot of stuff and that my furniture was heavy and no one seemed to believe me until the time came to actually get it on the truck.

I have done at least 4 other long distance moves. We have always packed everything ourselves and have never bought or used furniture pads and still never incurred damage like this. Corporate suggested that I get 40 something furniture pads, I only got 24 and they still didn’t even use them all. In fact, they didn’t even use half! My husband would have never stacked things especially the way the marble was stacked. I had a glass cabinet that luckily didn’t break but it only had pads halfway down the glass. They could have easily just pulled it down and covered the glass. So some of it was just pure laziness.

When they ask you to check the truck it’s impossible to see everything done in a completely stacked 26ft truck. It’s a lot of work to move my stuff but next time we will do it ourselves because apparently amateur hour is more conducive to getting where you need to go in one piece.

Edit- you can see by the response from the company how lazy they truly are and have no excuse but to deflect issues to the person spending half a grand to get their stuff home safely. Changed from 2 stars to 1.

These guys are Awesome!!!! WE LOVE THEM!!!!! we will always use them for anything we have to move!!!!! Amazing young men. They are our family now!!!!! Wonderful movers!!!!!

Love this company I've used them three times they've gone above and beyond every time in all aspects. Recommend them to anybody.
