Never used them before, never will use them again. Broke my tv. Of course not liable because I don’t have it in the original box - who keeps those? Couldn’t even bother to lift half the items down the steps, just slide them on the steps - would have happily helped or just done it if you couldn’t. Used multiple companies in the past, never had issues. Used anyone but them for Denver moves.

Update post company feedback: contacted them, told them I knew they were not liable, they sent me through the rigmarole anyway only to tell me they weren’t liable LOL. If you want to actually make something right, you know where I am. Otherwise it should be 96% of people NOT using you all. Denver beware!!
