Great service! They do a great job moving!

The two guys that were assigned to the move overall did a decent job. They did not put my bed together correctly - which I did not find out until after they had left. They put the box springs upside down. I am a disabled vet, so I had to pay a neighbor to come in and fix it for me.

When I received a digital copy of my bill via email, I noticed a $100 charge for 'valuation' insurance that I never agreed to. I actually had to sign waivers of liability for the movers before they could move items so I don't understand why I would have been charged for insurance coverage anyway. This fee was never discussed with me, just added to my bill automatically. I called and left several messages to discuss the unauthorized charge and they eventually called back and agreed to return it to me...after issuing a veiled threat that 'all calls were recorded'. Well good for you. Listen to the past calls from me and you will see just how bad your booking agent was from the start and how many times I had to call YOU to fix her mistakes!

What I found most disturbing is that I was charged $165/hr just to move from a 2nd floor apartment to a first floor apartment. No truck needed, just a couple of guys. Those guys only made $18/hr with NO benefits. That is one heck of a service markup fee. Shame on you. Pay your guys better. They work hard and they deserve it.
