Two Men and a Truck Moving

I purchased a refrigerator from Costco, and the company they use for appliance delivery (Two men and a truck) moved it in but scratched my floor in the process. I contacted Costco about the damage, and Kirk, the owner of the delivery company, called me back. He assured me that a flooring company would reach out to address the issue.

Despite being told several times that a flooring company would call, I never received any follow-up. The last time I spoke with Kirk was on December 13th, and he once again said a flooring company would contact me. Since then, I’ve had no calls, and now Kirk is no longer answering my calls or responding to my text messages. It's now January 3rd, and the issue remains unresolved.

Update: I texted Kirk again on January 8th, letting him know I would be contacting Costco since he hadn’t responded to my previous calls or messages. He replied, saying he believed he had found a solution. I asked him what the solution was, but once again, he stopped responding.

As of today, January 14th, I still haven’t heard back from him, so I’ve reached out to Costco for assistance.

The guys that did our move where amazing. I did not expect them to be so attentive. Thank you so much!

It’s been almost a year since we used this company; our household goods sustained cosmetic damage , (see pictures) and one of our TVs was completely destroyed. The movers lost 3 of 4 power cords to a sectional containing 4 power recliners. Additionally, pots and pans, silverware and spices were overlooked and remained at one of our homes, see pictures.

The crew acknowledged the damage and claimed they informed their boss, Kurt. We have contacted the hurricane franchise of 2 men and a truck and our issues have been ignored.

This is the second time using Two Men and a Truck. We were pleased with the first experience. The second experience was vastly different. We had them move stuff out of a rental garage and a storage unit. They told us there were a couple small boxes left in the storage unit because they wouldn’t fit in the truck. First of all, they packed the truck poorly. There is no way the truck was “full”. This was what they left over in our storage unit. It was disappointing. The purpose we hired these guys was because we didn’t have the time to move ourselves. We had to make 6 truckloads. I won’t be using them anymore.
