Two Men and a Truck Moving

The guys were nice and showed up on time. However, a few items were damaged, the worst being the refrigerator. I moved it into my house by myself, without any damage. The only way to get it to fit through the front door was to take the doors off. I know from experience and shared this with the movers. Instead, they took the handles off and forced it, damaging it and everything in its path. The front door is scratched, the drywall is damaged. The fridge has dents all over it, and the worst part is the freezer handle is completely broken off, and cannot be repaired due to the attachment point being broken.

Really disappointed.

I was struggling with what company I needed to assist me with my move from a studio cabin in Sunol to a small house in Stockton. I googled and received a few quotes, but I was not convinced which to go with. I Googled again the week before the move, and it pulled up Two Men and A Truck at the top.

I saw they have two local offices, including one in the same city I moved to. I called, and a professional and friendly young lady helped and gave her my $100 deposit. I was glad they took me at such short notice. Later, two girlfriends recommended it to me after I told them about Two Men and A Truck, and they were glad I had gotten it because their experience was positive.

They came and moved me with no issues and gave me 7 minutes free and a free third mover! The moving company stayed in contact with me through the whole process, and their website and app gave me many tips and accomplishments leading up to the move-out date. During the move, they packed other smaller boxes in more giant reusable boxes to make sure nothing got lost in transit. They even tackled my monster latex mattress, which is so, so heavy, just fine.

They were very friendly and asked me where things should go during the move-in, and I appreciated that very much. I highly recommend them. Both young men who did most of the work were professional, friendly, warm, and fun to chat with during their small breaks. Everything went well during such a stressful time.

Again, I highly recommend Two Men and A Truck!!!! TWO THUMBS UP!

The office team member, Bailey, and the 3 movng guys (Jacob & his crew) were amazing and havd top knotch customer service and communication. Definitely will refer others to use thi service. If I ever move again I will use them.

I had Jacob and Johnny has my movers for my move last Friday. They showed up on time. Boy did they work hard. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do also help me reassemble my TV on the TV stand once we arrived at our new place, thank you so much. I’m very appreciative. If you’re looking for a good mover, I’ve used two men in the truck two times and I would definitely hire them again.

Hoping to leave this review as also a warning for anyone deciding to use Two Men and a Truck. Recently had the unfortunate luck in using this company. They showed up at my apartment banging my furniture and shelves all over the place and left DEEP gouges onto my wooden flooring. I called the company to have this sorted, and lo and behold this 'Damage Claims Manager' by the name of Daniel calls back and starts arguing over the phone, keeps denying all responsibility and refuses to show up. Kinda odd how the one managing the damage claim is also the one who lead the crew that damaged my apartment.

Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and pick a different company.
