Two Men and a Truck Moving

We moved from a 3 bedroom two story and to another home with a similar layout. The Team was careful and considerate. Quick but yet very attentive to detail. Would use again, and highly recommend.

Calvert and Daniel were a great team for our move. They were very professional, communicated all throughout the day, and took care of our stuff like it was their own. They also had such an upbeat, positive energy that made moving day much less stressful. We'd happily have the Two Men and a Truck team help us with our next move and recommend them to friends.

Movers did a great job except for the fact that they flipped every dresser while moving, if I knew that I would've completely emptied them but I was only told to take valuables out. Also nobody told me about all the hidden fees they hide in the contract. Good movers, bad office team. I would've been better off doing it all myself and paying a couple of friends like I usually do. Too much misinformation/not given information and once you sign there's nothing that can be done about all the hidden fees they don't inform you about when setting up. Pretty dissatisfied and they don't care whatsoever. Would not recommend. I spent $2,000+ for only 6 hours of actual work. Like I said the movers themselves did fine and where very respectful gentlemen but the office team screws you entirely, leaving a sour experience behind.

Calvert M and Daniel J were excellent. Called ahead, arrived when they predicted, fast, friendly, totally professional. They are fantastic ambassadors for Two Men and a Truck. Bailey G. at office setting us up was excellent to deal with, too. Our second time -- the other time a couple of years ago was in Arlington Heights, IL, and we were very pleased.

The WORST moving experience I have ever had.

I was told that I was hiring 'professional movers'. But what I got was a pile of broken, trashed items. These guys are awful. Furniture was dropped in the house, without arranging it or at least getting it to the correct rooms. Boxed items were falling off the truck. Management is useless.

Do not use this company, you will regret it.
Update;
Call your office? I have times. They have offered No solutions or remedies to fix the problems and broken furniture. If they really were trying, they would be calling me. As stated earlier. AVOID this company.
