Two Men and a Truck Moving

My move was just completed an hour ago. So hardworking and professional. These fellows know their business. Booking the move was a breeze, fantastic office help.
Jonathon and Austin arrived at 8:04, which was 26 minutes early, and time well spent. Everything wrapped and taped in moving pads with high quality hand trucks. Couldn’t have been smoother, and the final bill was less than expected, due to Jonathan and Austin getting it done so quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very nice strong young men. Got done in a timely manner. And company reimbursed for damage done to wicker.

The estimator underestimated the actual loading and unloading time by over half. We should have paid twice as much. However, the office took full responsibility and charged me for the original estimate. Additionally, the crew was not anticipating the extra hours but worked tirelessly the whole 12 hours. I highly recommend them. Their supervisor must be a caring person--gave them the next day off!

I would not recommend this company. We inquired over six months ago to have moved and I called them and set it up this week and they said Friday.

Told them I needed to confirm. Call them back 20 minutes later to confirm they did not answer the phone so I a left message. Didn’t return call again so I called back. This time they told me they are booked up and I should have called sooner. Of course they failed to mention that when I was talking to them on the phone prior and they were more than happy to help book it for me on Friday, but that’s how they operate. I would recommend being cautious with this company prior to using them.
