Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Hired them to move my belongings to my new home. They damaged my floors badly and damaged a furniture piece. The driver indicated they would reimburse me for the furniture piece or reimburse me the cost. So we left the furniture piece behind. The owner indicated they would repair the furniture but would not move it without me incurring more expense. I tried to discuss with her but she was very rude and condescending. So now, I'm left with hopefully repaired floors and repaired furniture piece that they refuse to move at their expense. RUN from this company.

This business performed very poorly in a number of different ways:
1. When we asked the movers to take off the legs of a couch to avoid damage, the lead mover berated us for telling them their job.
2. Then, when they proceeded to move the couch without taking the legs off, they broke off one of the legs, and lied about whether they had taken the legs off.
3. And finally, the manager did nothing to submit anything to the insurance that we paid for.

I have never before submitted a negative review. I much prefer to compliment people for a job well done. But this business was so bad that I felt morally compelled to try to warn others to stay away.

Charged for 3 men and a truck, only provided 2 men for move. No correction in paid amount even after multiple followups over calls ans emails. Had to raise a credit card dispute to get any attention.
